各位留学生同学：
目前，新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控形势依然严峻，近期嵩明县亦通报了一例确诊病例，但中国政府在疫情的一开始就采取了各项有力的防控措施，请相信在全中国人民的共同努力下，一定能战胜此次疫情！
截至今天，学校和学院已经采取了多项有效的防护措施，如制定有效防控方案并实施，发现疑似症状学生的处理办法，如加强对学校大门的管制，给留校学生发放口罩，在公寓值班室配备了体温枪和温度计，值班人员每天给宿舍消毒，加强宿舍管制，禁止非公寓人员进出等。目前在多方配合下，学校各项防控措施仍正在实施中，会尽全力保护大家的安全，实现“零感染校园”，请全体留学生同学做到或注意以下几点：
1、不要外出。学校目前来说是最安全的地方，请各位同学尽量不要离开校园，留在宿舍，必需出门时一定要戴好口罩，做好保护措施，不要去人多的地方。生活中如果有什么困难请及时和辅导员联系寻求帮助。
2、每天测量体温。体温是最好的监测是否感染的方法，请所有同学每天早9：00-11点，晚21:00-23:00待在宿舍，方便值班老师测量体温并登记，发现异常立刻向值班老师报备。
3、密切关注自己的身体状况。如果有同学感到身体不适，请立刻联系辅导员或值班老师，寻求帮助。
4、若因个人原因需要回国。请向辅导员提出文字离校申请，并在申请中写明回国行程和机票信息，在申请信息完整的情况下学院同意个人回国，回国途中请做好自我防护，严禁以回国名义去中国其他地方游玩，访友等，一经核实，自己承担风险。
新学期开学时间。按照学校统一部署，新学期开学时间已经推迟，具体开学时间请等待通知。回国或在校外的同学和辅导员保持信息畅通，不得提前返校。

Up to now, our university and colleges have taken many effective protective measures, such as formulate and implement effective prevention and control plans, and know How to deal with students with suspected symptoms, Such as strengthening the control of the school gates, Give masks to students who stay at school, The apartment duty room is equipped with temperature gun and a thermometer, The staff on duty disinfects the dormitory every day, Strengthen dormitory control, It is forbidden for non apartment personnel to enter or leave and so on. At present, with the cooperation of many parties, various prevention and control measures are still being implemented, We will do our best to protect everyone's safety and realize "zero infection campus". Please do or pay attention to the following points:
1. do not go out. At present, the school is the safest place. Please try not to leave the campus and stay in the dormitory. When you have to go out, you must wear a mask and take protective measures. Do not go to places with many people. If you have any difficulties in your life, please contact the counselor for help in time.
2. measure your body temperature every day. Body temperature is the best way to monitor infection. Please stay in the dormitory at 9:00-11:00 a.m. and 21:00-23:00 p.m. every day for the convenience of the teacher on duty to measure and register the body temperature. In case of any abnormality, report to the teacher on duty immediately.
3. Pay close attention to your physical condition. If you feel unwell, please contact the counselor or the teacher on duty immediately for help.
4. If any students needs to return to the home country due to personal reasons. Please submit a written application for leaving the university to the counselor, and indicate the information of the return itinerary and air tickets in the application, and the college agrees to return to the country if the application information is complete,Please do a good job of self-protection on the way back to your country. It is strictly forbidden to visit other places in China in the name of returning to your country. Once verified, you will bear the risk by yourself.
5. Opening time of the new semester. According to the unified deployment of the school, the opening time of the new semester has been postponed. Please wait for the notice of the specific opening time. Students who return home or are out of school keep communication with counselors. Do not return to school in advance.
